Working on these problems with the leading researchers in the field, provided us with good training to tackle problems with large amounts of information.

Given that human genome contains about 3 billion pieces of information (DNA base pairs) and that there are 11 Billion messages on twitter , we were very excited to apply our knowledge and skills to the field of social media.
